Hello

After spending time as a barista and a bartender many years ago, I started pursuing video production. Freelancing and producing educational videos eventually led me to co-founding an animation studio with my partner. We had a good run as a lifestyle business, but due to circumstances and lack of scalability, my partner and I chose to close the studio.

I eventually found myself shaping creator tools and programs inside a large gaming community at Rec Room by 2020. I had my first taste of "celebrity" life, reaching over 250k native Rec Room subscribers and building out a brand (with my partner) that Rec Room acquired to be the face of the creator economy.

 

March 2025 brought layoffs at Rec Room and by June 1st 2026 the company shut down after 10 amazing, heartfelt years. My partner, myself, and millions of other people were deeply impacted and disappointed by the shutdown which influenced the creation of Act Two Games where I currently contribute to the growth and community management. 

 

I've also spent some time as a UGC Growth and Operations Manager running social media campaigns, improving founder-led workflows, and driving millions of views through my program in the career niche.

 

In case you're still reading this, I have a confession to make...I absolutely LOVE books and reading. If I could have a full-time job surrounded by bookish things that my skills can transfer over to, I might reach nirvana. Following my inspiration, I took what I learned from my time as a UGC program manager, and started bookish social media accounts.

 

I've met AMAZING people that've made me realize my next endeavor just might be possible. Stay tuned for an update from me about potential author services, a new job in the publishing industry, or maybe I go viral on booktok and get a bunch of influencer deals. We'll see what the next chapter holds.
