Creator Hub Content & Design (Web + CMS)
Rec Room
Maintained and expanded Rec Room’s Creator Hub which included managing CMS updates, page layouts, and ongoing content publishing. Designed graphics, wrote supporting copy, and built repeatable templates that kept information clear, accessible, and on-brand. The Creator Hub became a primary reference for program details and educational resources, helping creators find answers without needing direct support.
Program Launches & Messaging
Rec Room
Created launch visuals, news posts, and messaging frameworks for creator programs, including Room Rewards and new creator tool initiatives. Collaborated with SMEs, Marketing, and Product to brand each program, standardize monthly post formats, and surface clear information across web, in-game, and social channels. This work supported a 32% increase in program participation and contributed to a 4× increase in time spent using new creator tools among top creators after key campaigns went live.
Social & Community Content
Rec Room
Designed social and community assets for Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Discord, and in-game messaging, adapting visuals and copy to each channel. Shared updates, calls-to-action, and educational content in formats fit the target audience By responding to feedback and iterating on posts, I reduced confusion around program changes and reinforced clearer communication that contributed to stronger creator trust.
Educational & Program Documentation (UGC)
Rec Room
Produced tutorials, program guides, and clear visual documentation to help creators understand tools, programs, and system changes. Translated complex policies and program structures into straightforward, action-oriented content. This work materially reduced confusion and contributed to the 94% drop in program and creator payment–related support tickets.
